Young Crew is a key component of IPMA's growth and development of the leaders of tomorrow. We are a network for young project management professionals and students in the age from 25 to 35 years.

We believe in

• community and the building of a worldwide young professional project management family
• cultural diversity and learning from differences, not producing differences
• promoting ethical qualities and embracing our responsibility to improve societal needs 

The main goals of IPMA Young Crew are to provide experimental learning, identify the needs of the young and provide opportunities for interaction and information exchange. We accomplish this by

• organizing national and international events like the IPMA Young Crew Workshop
• offering a platform for publishing papers, thesis and white papers written by young professionals or students
• organizing the IPMA Young Crew Students Award for an excellent thesis
• giving national young crews support for their work and learning from their work
• bringing young professionals and students together in the name of IPMA.
