Impression of the yearly conference of IPMA NL with some 450 participants

A one day conference on how to get grip on complexity in projects. In 2009 IPMA NL celebrated its 30th birthday and this conference showed IPMA NL is alive and growing (some 2500 members now). On that day we had several interesting presentations about:
- How to have fun in complex projects
- A successful project starts at the end
- Mindsets of champions
- Complexity in large scale harbor projects
And of course the networking lunch and drinks in between and afterwards.
Every year IPMA NL has such a conference organized in close cooperation with one of the sponsors and this year the organizer was Getronics Consulting. This conference is one of the two country wise organized events. There is also the Project Management Parade: a parade of workshops where some 650 participants can make a choice out of some 30-40 workshops given without payment by a lot of IPMA members
Moreover we have regional events on specific items organized by some leading members.
